Notice of Infringement – Claim

  4. Contact details of the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone, and fax number;

Title 17 USC §512(f) outlines penalties for misrepresentation in infringement claims under 17 USC §512(c)(3), including costs and attorney fees.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you’ve received a takedown notice due to a copyright claim, you can send us a counter notification to have the material reinstated. The notification must be in writing to our DMCA Agent and include the following elements per 17 USC Section 512(g)(3):

  1. Your signature;
  2. A description of the removed material and its original location;
  3. A statement that you believe the takedown was a mistake;
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction for legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We take copyright infringement seriously and comply with the DMCA’s repeat infringer policy by monitoring and addressing any repeated violations. Accounts of repeat infringers will be terminated.
